By scheduling, purchasing, or using any service provided by Mold Hunt LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree, do not proceed with the booking or use of our services.

Mold Hunt LLC provides canine mold detection services only.

• We do not provide mold inspection reports, remediation services, remediation plans, or mold certification.
   
• Our services are limited to detecting the potential presence of mold using a trained canine in the areas indicated by the client.
   
• We do not offer professional opinions on air quality, structural integrity, or health risks.
   
• For remediation or official lab analysis, we may refer you to licensed and independent third-party specialists. Any follow-up actions are your responsibility.
   

A deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
All deposits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

In limited circumstances, you may request to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate such requests based on availability and sufficient notice. However, we are not obligated to reschedule unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If you fail to appear at the scheduled time without notice, or cancel your appointment without proper communication, your deposit will be forfeited.

Our service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The detection or non-detection of mold.
   
• The accuracy or completeness of results.
   
• The condition of the property or health risks associated with findings.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mold Hunt LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Loss of use, profits, data, or business opportunity.
   
• Any claims arising from the reliance on our services in place of professional remediation or medical consultation.
   

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service in question.

• All payments are final unless otherwise required by law.
   
• If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us to resolve the issue first, we reserve the right to terminate your account and deny further services.
   
• You agree to cover any costs (including legal fees) we incur to respond to fraudulent disputes.
   

You agree to:

• Provide safe and unrestricted access to the property.
   
• Disclose any known hazards or relevant history regarding moisture or mold.
   
• Ensure no ongoing construction, fumigation, or environmental conditions that may interfere with the dog’s ability to detect.
   
• Use our service at your own risk and consult professionals as needed.
   

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mold Hunt LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these T&C.
   
• Misuse or misrepresentation of our services.
   
• Any third-party claims related to actions you take based on our service results.
   

We may update these T&C at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hobe Sound, Florida.
You waive your right to participate in any class-action or jury trial related to our services.
