By purchasing or using any service from Mold Hunt LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase or use of our services.

Mold Hunt LLC strictly provides mold detection services only.

• We do not provide mold inspection reports, remediation plans, or certification of any kind.
• Our services are limited to searching for the presence of mold in the areas requested by the client.
• We do not offer professional opinions on air quality, property safety, or the extent of contamination.

It is your responsibility to consult with a licensed mold assessor, inspector, or remediation professional for a comprehensive evaluation or further action.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

• The accuracy, effectiveness, or reliability of our services.
• The results or outcomes from using our services.
• The availability, timeliness, or uninterrupted operation of our services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Mold Hunt LLC BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
• Any technical issues, service delays, or disruptions beyond our control.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN QUESTION.

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in immediate account termination.

You agree to:

• Use our services at your own risk.
• Provide accurate information when making a purchase.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your misuse of our services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mold Hunt LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:

• Your violation of these T&C.
• Your misuse of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These T&C shall be governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in Hobe Sound, Florida, and you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
